ian moore Posted October 30, 2011 Share #1 Posted October 30, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I use ImagePrint RIP for my printing using the usual Epson Paper/Printer profiles, everything colour profiled. I always use the Day Imageprint profiles, even though they do offer Tunsten lighting/mixed lighting profiles for display in lit rooms, etc. If you accept that colour constancy applies under different illuminants (ie. the brain/eyes adjusts to indicate true colours) ,then colour casts under different illuminants are only a temporary effect and the various ImagePrint profiles are not really necessary. Any views? Thanks. Ian.
