Riley Posted February 15, 2007 Share #1 Posted February 15, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) DSLR Magazine - PMA: rumores 2 PMA: rumors 2 An article of Valentin Sama Tuesday, 13 February 2007 Apparently, Canon will make an important international product presentation next day 22 of February… At sight of the last information, it is possible that one appears more of a camera model, and in any case, it seems to confirm that the new range of objectives will appear. Nikon, on the other hand, does not seem to remain quiets after the relatively recent introduction of its models D80 and D40, and will present/display another model, that - as much surprising it would be located in low average range/, this is, a luck of “D60”. The rumors in the sense that begin to acquire a certain credibility “Nikon would be preparing something fat” for half-full of 2007. The speculations are free and could go from the introduction of a model of complete format to the abandonment of the mount traditional Nikon F… or both things. In Leica, and since signals in the sense that are emitted it is stopped in the manufacture of the Digital Leica Modul-R, seems next more and more the entrance in a system réflex monocular integral. From a theoretical point of view of the philosophy of the company of Solms, the new “Leica-RD” would have to incorporate a compatible mount with acts it of the Leica-R series. The detector would not have to surpass a factor of 1.3 xs for “the old” objectives, and would have to offer a resolution of the the 17 surroundings of megapíxeles. As far as optical, they would be compatible those of series R already mentioned, but surely that will appear new optical optimized in cover and benefits, and is of supposition that, at least initially, of type zoom lens. However: as well as the new features of Olympus, Canon and Nikon seem imminent, for the one of Leica it is easy that it is necessary to hope towards 2008 or 2009. sdai Posted February 15, 2007 Share #12 Posted February 15, 2007 I'm really ONLY interested in the odds of Leica's rumored introduction of another film based M camera with the R9/M8 shutter mechanism ... also the black and white exclusive M digital. I'd sign up for both.
