rgk Posted September 22, 2011 Share #1 Posted September 22, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have had many good experiences dealing with the M tech support "team" at Leica USA. After leaving 2 messages for S tech support I received no call back for 10 days. Finally, today I was directed to a cell phone answered by by a person with precious little interest in my question. It is absurd that there is no dedicated S2 support at Leica USA. I am grateful to a couple of excellent Leica dealers who are willing and able to fill in when S2 support is unavailable and/or incapable. The S2 appears to be a truly superb camera. It is easy to justify acquiring one and it will be a wonderful addition to my photography plans. Decent support is necessary. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Log into the owners area for Leica Camera and you can get the contact information for the S2 support person. It is a direct line to her as opposed to the standard 1-800 number. I have found that as an owner, S2 support has been very good and personal. As far as camera specifics, your dealer should be the best resource for you as he/she will be able to demonstrate the features to you in person.
