diogenis Posted September 21, 2011 Share #1 Posted September 21, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I don't know how many of you are reading Gizmag, but I just saw a new and interesting clip for attaching a camera from a belt. Capture by Peak Design - Capture Camera Clip System by Peak Design keeps your camera secure and accessible. Looks nice, and given the lower mass of the Leicas it doesnt seem that the camera will swing back and forth. Edit: Ah! here is also a video with the inventor that shows how it works and also reminds a lot of Steve Jobs
Advertisement Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Hi diogenis, Take a look here Camera clip. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Your Old Dog Posted September 21, 2011 Share #2 Posted September 21, 2011 I can see it's potential for 2 camera wedding shooters but it holds little interest for me. I don't like anything hanging around my waist unless they are young, single and looking for a sugar daddy If he knelt down wearing the camera in front like in the video I wonder what keeps the leg from popping the camera up and off the clip?. swamiji Posted September 21, 2011 Share #3 Posted September 21, 2011 Looks interesting, however it's way to expensive, as I would need to replace all my Gitzo ball heads. On top of that, there is the concern that the base plate on the Digital M is too weak to be used in such a manor.
