Neolam,

I had the Epson V200 (similar to V300) and the scan is correct without any further

the V600 scan is better : look at the optical and max resolution

Neolam , it depends on what you want to do , after scanner print ?

For me, the V700 can be printed in 30x40 format and more easily

but if you want the scanner only for 24x36 you have Plustekscan (look at this thread)

flatbed scanners are versatile

and personally I find that in b&w for 24x36 film Epson is good

and you can scan one time 24 poses :)

if you are limited by the price, the V300 is OK in my opinion

Best Henry

Sorry, apparently it's new, you're right , it is the V330:

Epson Perfection V330 Photo Scanner--Review of the Epson Perfection V330 Photo Scanner

To tell you what I think, the Epson scanners are good scanners

I have both V700, V750 and Nikonscan

Looking apparently on some forums, people who bought V330 are satisfied

it depends on what you plan to do

I make enlargements and I scan at 4800 dpi or more, and more than 16 bits,

the result is good ! (look at my thread)

I'm sorry for not being able to show you comparisons of scans of V330 vs V600

but I think the prices are justified !

Up to you according to your possibilities

Henry
