Does anyone know how I can find a matching film advance lever, is the lever from the MP anthracite the same color as the M6 titanium and can I obtain/order such a part from Leica? But I´am afraid, as a sparepart this item might cost you US$ 200. It is made from full material and not just coloured. It might have the plastic-bit on it which you like to avoid. Your chance might be to change your camera into a PANDA. Get all the levers you want in black, than you can also have the M3/ MP- type lever ... Its interesting to note that the M6J advance levers work on the M6TTL as well without causing damage. The M7 titanium sounds too costly at around USD$200, money better spent towards a viewfinder upgrade . I think I shall try to contact customer service at Solms to see if they are able to help. kodaktrix Posted February 12, 2007 Share #6 Posted February 12, 2007 Yann, the M3 style advance lever for the M6J is a special version that does have a little wider curve on the inside to deal with the bigger time wheel of the M6J and TTL. It is much cheaper than an original M3/M2 lever (about 30 Euros against I guess 80). The difference is that little, that I will use that black paint lever on a black paint M2 (not original).
