Random, profound pixelization surrounded by 'normal' pixels. The EXIF data should have been preserved, but is not. EDIT! I could delete the image, however I found the anomaly and perhaps the info will help others. I did not open a DNG. I opened a DNG that I had saved in Photoshop RAW.
