Unfortunately that wasn´t possible at this time, the most images in my portfolio are done with a medium format system and f4 lenses :o. But a noctilux or a f1.4 lens for my studio portaits ....it´s worth to think about it

I think the noctilux is the best lens for exactly that, what is Kristian showing here on his Flickr portfolio, outdoor/ on location full body people portraits. And the special look at f0.95 give them a little extraportion of a dream look, surely more than a Summilux 50 ASPH can do. But the noctilux hasn´t made this beautiful pictures, that was only the hard work of Kristian and his models. The noctilux only helped them doing this, maybe a little bit better than a Summilux 50 ASPH can do.

i think that maybe he was confusing these images with studio images because i used reflectors in a couple of the images and a small video light for one of the girl/horse pictures. That isnt exactly studio photography, and it may not be the simplest form of one lens and camera photography either. it was just a case of me working with light and some times shaping it to my liking. while this may be an available light lens i wont just take any picture in bad light to exploit its low light gathering capability. my job as a photographer is to acquire the best possible pictures i can and sometimes, low light is bad light.

the same photography rules that apply to other lenses apply the same to this lens. if anything its more important to think a second longer before pressing the shutter usng the Noct because you want every picture to count.....because after spending the money, you can literally count how much money you have left on one hand ;-)

.... sorry for the spelling etc. im typing on a BB Playbook

Some nice stuff there photoart. It really does need an ND filter for shooting in daylight wide open.
