Advertisement Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Hi peter_n, Take a look here 50 Summilux or 75 Summicron?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pico Posted July 20, 2011 Share #22 Posted July 20, 2011 As a partner to my 35 Summilux FLE? 75mm Summilux (or Summicron) with no reservations. It's a profound difference in perspective and OOF and sharpness. It will stretch your visual visual potential 200% and teach you much.
Lord Fluff Posted July 20, 2011 Share #23 Posted July 20, 2011 What a silly thread! Since the OP is giving us no help in what he's looking for from his new lens, his shooting style, subject matter etc etc, it seems a little futile for everyone to continue to contribute here. We don't even know if he shoots a film M, an M8 or M9 By all means everyone carry on adding their favourite lenses in all focal lengths to the thread but I'm not sure it's serving much purpose..... businessasusual Posted July 20, 2011 Share #24 Posted July 20, 2011 50 Lux rocks. (I love this lens so much that I've decided against selling it to get Noct - and so have to save for that but will end up with both). I use legs to get 75mm.
