Hi All, I'd like to share my experiences in relation to transferring ownership.

previously-owned M8, I bought came with only few week of remaining warranty. I posted passport to Leica uk on 21/06 and received new passport today under my ownership, along with new passport for new lenses I bought.

They're really quick and trouble free.

Their support team also manually updated m8 info on Leica user online. I couldn't do it because it has been already registered by previous owner. I didn't think they would do it because by the time I receive new passport the warranty cover will be almost expired.

As being with canon since 1995, always bought new pro-grade bodies and L lenses I've never felt this level of service/support. Most of time, I heard "sorry but.." sort of ..!

 

This is absolutely first class experience.
