Advertisement Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 Hi thebarnman, Take a look here Astia still available. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
tgray Posted June 21, 2011 Share #2 Posted June 21, 2011 According to Fuji Japan, it's only available in 120 any more. Google Translate Who knows the real status though.
thebarnman Posted June 22, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted June 22, 2011 Interesting, The US version says... "Available formats: 35mm, 120/220, and 4x5 sheets"
thebarnman Posted June 22, 2011 Author Share #4 Posted June 22, 2011 Who knows the real status though. Exactly my thoughts. Though I've found several sites still selling medium format Astia in both 120 and 220, I find it harder to have it ordered from my local photo store...as they have told me it's not available anymore. Personally, I think it's no longer available in 35mm and ONLY available in 120 and 220 size. Though now I'm no longer certain...
tgray Posted June 22, 2011 Share #5 Posted June 22, 2011 Personally, I think it's no longer available in 35mm and ONLY available in 120 and 220 size. Though now I'm no longer certain... I'd trust Fuji Japan before I'd trust Fuji USA, UK, or some other subsidiary.
thebarnman Posted June 24, 2011 Author Share #6 Posted June 24, 2011 From the Japan site, (though not easy to understand even after the translation!) "Brownie Asutia 100F (120 and 220) type, seat type will continue to sell." I take it that "Asutia" means Astia? If so, they say it's still available in 120 & 220.
