Here's another poppies-motive from the fields of East-Westfalia, we have a gorgeous June and the grain turns from green to yellow.

Lens was a Summarit 90mm, for those who still have prejudices regarding the Summarits.

If I hadn't already the usual array of 'crons and 'luxes I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Summarit.

Best Regards,

Claus

Claus,

like your photo very much, because of the vast area of unsharpness which still lets us recognize everything (nourrishes the imagination) and at the same time drives the attention to the little acentric spot of sharpness (and action).

The Summarit 90/2,5 is great! I once had it for 3 months as my only lens. Finally, I did not buy it, because I already owned the Summarit 75/2,5.

But for its rendition, compactness, weight, and 'speed', among the 90 mm lenses, the Summarit 90 cannot be beaten in my eyes (and the Apo-Summicron Asph. clearly is a different league).

Beautiful and the bee is extremely well placed. It is a challenge to do this type of work with the M9. But the results, as you show, is worth it! I have the Summarit 75mm and could not resist the 90 mm either, so there is one in the mail for me now.
