The reflection is so full of nice details. IMHO, I would crop off the top 1/3 of the photo because its brightness pulls the eyes toward it instead of the more interesting reflections.

Karl-Albert,

 

A fine shot with the composition, colors, reflection and sharpness. The highlights on the leaves are too high and would be better if you could tone them down with post-processing. I normally agree with Tri, but I like your original version better.

Hello Paul thank you for your comment,

 

There is not much i can do against the extreme highlights, these exceed the luminance range of the camera (DNG format) at all colors , but are here as percieved when i saw the reflection.

 

I have tried several speeds, stops and ISO combinations but either i loose the shadows or the highlights or both, so i decided to loose the highlights, i deemed the shadows are here more important for the atmosphere.
