For a brief minute or so, the moonlight is refracted by the waterfall where the water cascades off the Lower Yosemite Falls, creating this "moonbow." This is the first time I ever witnessed this. I didn't even know if I could photograph it. Â BTW, the Yosemite Falls is the tallest waterfall in North America, it has Upper and Lower Falls where Lower Falls is twice the height of Niagara Falls.
