I've got no idea why Leica gives you almost everything and the others hide so much more data. Pico-- That's the same version LuLa has, and as you said, they haven't been updated. One caveat is in order when using this version of DNG Recover Edges: To work with any RAW files that include lens correction data (e.g. D-Lux 4 and later), you must convert with DNG Converter 5.2 or earlier (de-mosaicked).
