Â As the tread title suggests, i'm having no end of trouble. Logging into the forum itself is generally OK......BUT. Â Once I try logging into the Buy and sell section and want to do more than just browse.....then the trouble starts. My PW is not recognised, I have to request a temp. one (which does work, but only while I keep logged on) Â Then, the next time I log on anywhere....no PW acceptance. Â It's REALLY frustrating. The B&S section runs on completely different software from the main forum, which is why you have to log in again. However, it should remember your details - but often doesn't. Â Couple of questions - do you tick off the 'remember me' field before logging in? That will place a cookie on your machine and your user name and password will be remembered for next time. When leaving the site, do you click the 'Log Out button? I don't, that way I can get in next time without any problems. Â I can also jump from the User Forum to the Buy and Sell Forum, back and forth, without being asked for username or password at home and in the office. Additionally, both PC's seem to remember which posts I have already seen - when I look at a certain post at home, the office PC will have that post already 'unbolded', to indicate that I've been there already.
