On my new project in the city, I currently have one of them. Â Falling cranes has become a massive problem in the industry over the last few years - maybe because there are so many of them or because high winds are becoming more frequent. Or maybe they aren't erected and inspected properly. For an industry that has been trying very hard to improve its woeful safety record, it's not acceptable.
