brill64 Posted February 27, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 27, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) i apologise for posting in the m9 forum however i've suddenly and inexplicably encountered a problem processing my dng files. could anyone enlighten me as to why my version of capture one pro 6 has suddenly stopped processing my dng files into tifs or anything else? have i accidentally changed a setting? it was working perfectly and now won't process anything at all..loads of space, loads of ram etc., just can't figure it out and deadline looming.. many thanks for any thoughts on this Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Check your settings and see. By the way, which version are you using? V6 had a few challenges but response from Phase One is usually excellent.
