bpalme Posted February 25, 2011 Author Share #21 Posted February 25, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hardest thing? To remember to take the lens cap off before pressing the shutter. To date, I still forget once in a a while when I am in rush and I have been using M8 since it first came out, my first RF. Haha... I'm sure I'll be bad about that. gravastar Posted February 25, 2011 Share #22 Posted February 25, 2011 I have the opposite problem! Often when people see me with the M8 they ask if I will take a picture of them with their friends and hand me their point and shoot. More than half the time I have to ask how to operate the camera . Some years ago when I went into a shop to look at an M4 with 50 Summicron. The proprietor burst out laughing as soon as I picked up the filmless camera and removed the lens cap before looking through the viewfinder. He said all "real" Leica photographers do that out of habit . Bob.
