Your Old Dog Posted February 11, 2011 Share #5 Â Posted February 11, 2011 (I'm partially color blind so I don't know if this has any bearing on the image.) Â Damn, what spectacular color. That green is unlike any I've seen before, maybe it's the black back ground as reference or ground?
geaibleu Posted February 11, 2011 Share #6 Â Posted February 11, 2011 Beautiful image, yet the "artificial" white and the fading purple strike me as somehow unnatural, as if there was too much light getting into the inverted petals cone making it to look like a reflector of sorts. Are we looking at a wilting flower?
darkness30 Posted February 11, 2011 Author Share #7 Â Posted February 11, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thank you friends for your time and kind comments. I do not know what this flower is but they were huge as big as a plate and colors are pretty accurate to my memory. The flowers were not wilting if I remember right. Kodachrome K64 has this impressive color and detail capturing ability. Â Best, Mehmet
