bill Posted February 8, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 8, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) ...title says it all, really. I've been searching for one for ages, but the only ones I can find are silly money. I had one once, but sold it when I put the Abrahamsson Rapidgrip on my M7. Now I would like one for my MP, to give me the ultimate 2-lens set-up. I know they were not well-liked, but I know what I am getting - if I can find one at the right damn price! bill Posted February 8, 2011 Author Share #4 Posted February 8, 2011 Hi K-H, yes, that's it, but that is exactly what I mean by "silly money" - and that one is more expensive than any other I have seen so far!!! As I say, I had one, I know it is just a bit of plastic, albeit a useful one. Regards, Bill

andybarton Posted February 8, 2011 Share #6 Posted February 8, 2011 You have to pay over £20 for a plastic cap for a 35 Summicron. That's contraption is only about £110, plus shipping. I'd say that was a bargain.

Xmas Posted February 8, 2011 Share #9 Posted February 8, 2011 You have to pay over £20 for a plastic cap for a 35 Summicron. That's contraption is only about £110, plus shipping. I'd say that was a bargain. Yes given that we are using monopoly money it is only a few gallons of petrol (gas). But I can recall being given back to back M caps in dealers and buying fast load kits new. Poor Bill is having a bad day, and might be hit for VAT and duty.
