wudai_e Posted January 24, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 24, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was eyeing on a 3880 until they announced the R3000, but so far, didn't find any reviews that's not just scratching the surface. I'm not a pro, I just want's to print maybe here and there and 3880's ink capacity seems to be an overkill for what I'm going to use it for, R3000 seems to be a good fit to what I "need". Anyways, anyone here have any luck finding reviews(previews) of the R3000? Thanks.

janki Posted February 2, 2011 Share #4 Posted February 2, 2011 Hi wudai_e. I think this printer seems very interesting myself. But it will not be possible to purchase before in the March. If I have understood correctly, it has room for nine cartridges, but uses only eight of them at a time. So you can print alternately matte and glossy prints, without having to change the cartridge, which you have to do with the R2880. Maybe these links from Epson itself may be of some help, so far.
