That's it for me. A major drawback of using a fully manual lens with EVIL - To get good focus, one has to open the aperture, then stop-down to the proper aperture to shoot. Focusing in stopped-down mode is horribly vague, and slow even with magnification due to the low quality of the digital presentation. It's like looking at a small, coarse ground glass. I can shoot a 4x5 Super Technika hand-held faster and more accurately than a Lumix G1 with a manual lens - of course because it is a rangefinder camera.
