I think with f/2.0 on a crop sensor it will be difficult to achieve much of a shallow depth of field unless the subject is fairly close. Would love to see an f/1.4 version somewhere down the road. barjohn Posted February 2, 2011 Share #22 Posted February 2, 2011 The statement that Leica has solved these issues with its CCD & micro lenses and firmware seems to be belied by all of the posts complaining of color shifting at the edges with wide fast lenses and other strange issues.
