Snow scene - critique sought

Paul,

It is a nice image. The light quality and detail are excellent. However, the perspective is perhaps a bit mundane. I would suggest playing around a bit, such as moving in along the fence and having the fence lead the viewer to the house. Depending on your lens selection you could create some interesting views. Explore different times of day and lighting if possible (early evening as the lights glow warmly in the house and the just after the sun has dipped below the horizon). You could also try getting lower to the ground and allow the sky or foreground to dominate the image. In short, I think there a lot of possibilities, but sometimes the familiar are the most difficult to shoot. The challenge is shooting the familiar with fresh eyes. Again, the image and execution are well done. Thanks for reading my ramblings.

Best regards,

Robert
