eldernomad Posted December 10, 2010 Share #21 Posted December 10, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Is it really this complicated? I just increase the canvas size in photoshop (as Jaap wrote except I dont bother with the black.) Jeff Sorry. It looks this complicated due to my step by step explanation I too struggle with it's non intuitive interface , I use L.R. mostly for it noise reduction capabilities. IMHO It resembles Aperture more than Photoshop. 2 years ago I switched to Mac and I miss Photoshop........ Photoshop is king. Ali
Advertisement Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 Hi eldernomad, Take a look here How to put a white border around photo's?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Marquinius Posted December 12, 2010 Share #22 Posted December 12, 2010 Why don't you try Mogrify? It leaves your photos " as is" and adds a border to your liking in one export flow. Rolo Posted December 13, 2010 Share #24 Posted December 13, 2010 ShootingLuLu, For Lightroom, can I suggest you download Mogrify. It will allow you define an inner and outer border for each image exported, as well as limiting file size and sharpening etc. You can have the full download for $5, but a limited output is free. Better than visiting the Print Module for web output, imo.
