3:2 X1 Digital Frame?

It seems every frame is 16:9- what digi frames does everyone use for their X1 shots?

Are you talking about the digital frames you plug in and put on your desk to display photos or framing the photo in the camera at a different aspect ratio?

Digital picture frames for the house. They all seem to be 16x9 or at best 4:3.

Seems strange, as aren't most DSLRs 3:2?

 

There are a few Philips 3:2 digital frames on Amazon, but they are apparently discontinued models because on the Philips website they are all 4:3 now, as you say.

 

I don't have any experience using digital frames, but do they all stretch the photo to fit the frame or do they use black bars for photos with a different aspect ratio?

Thanks- yeah this is the problem. Any 4:3 will maximize the smallest side to edge and crop the rest actually
