CS3/M8/M9 to CS5/M9 difference - help?

Shooting DNG + B&W JPEG.

 

I usually use the B&W (JPEG for web, DNG converted for printing)

 

But I like to see both color (in DNG) and B&W (in JPEG), which CS3 Bridge would show on both M8 and M9, makes it easy to see if I should consider using the color version.

 

Same behavior for CS5 Bridge with M8, but with M9 it shows BOTH the DNG and JPEG preview in B&W...even though the DNG is clearly actually in color, and shows in color when sending to ACR from Bridge.

 

Bridge always took a brief time before the DNG would switch to color after appearing, but now it just stays B&W with CS5 and M9

 

Is there any way to go back to seeing the DNG in color, and JPEG in B&W, with the M9 in CS5 Bridge?
