tbosley Posted November 6, 2010 Share #1 Posted November 6, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was wondering if anyone had a reference for lens repair on specifically a non-standard Leica zoom? I have a Leica R 28-70mm 3.5/5.6 zoom that is manufactured in Japan, so I assume its one of the Sigma designations. I had to work on the mount and have a spring that is screwed only at one end. I can not figure out where the other end re-attaches, but think it may be for tension to the aperature tab. It is the later design with the FL imprinted on side and works fine otherwise. thanks,

menos I M6 Posted November 8, 2010 Share #2 Posted November 8, 2010 You might want to post this query on the RFF in the "mad scientist section" along with some good photos of the parts, asking for help - some great technicians seem to have an answer on such issues there ;-)
