sos song Posted November 3, 2010 Share #1 Posted November 3, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I photographed many of the century (100 mile) riders in a local organized bike ride called the Spaghetti 100 (large spaghetti dinner at the finish) last weekend. My wife and son manned the rest stop and served cookies and fruit to the tired and hungry. Anyway, I pared 3 hours of effort down to about 250 nice images, with about 50 being quite good. I gave a CD with all of the images to the organizers, but have little hope that the riders will ever see themselves enjoying their ride. Here are a few of the images that I liked most. The last image (a young woman with a ponytail and light blue jacket), and my favorite from the day was taken by my 11 year old while I hit the port-a-potty. He has done this to me before! No matter how hard I try, at best, I will always feel like a competent technician. Kevin Digilux 3 with the 14-150 lens I kept the shutter speed at 1/500th of a second, so the ISO's range from 100 to 250.
