can anyone recommend me a good non OEM M8 battery? I know everyone warns against cheap third party M8 batteries. I just found Empire Scientific that sells M8 battery and it looks like good alternative. The starting price is about $45.00 dollars and it also comes with one year warranty. Has anyone tried this battery? If so, then what's your experience? Is it better than the cheap Ebay batteries?

Your inputs will be helpful.

I did a search on the Li-Ion original and generic.

Interesting info that I want to share with you :)

Interest in purchasing original batteries that cost a little more expensive, right ?

Is lithium-ion the ideal battery?

"Aging is a concern with most lithium-ion batteries and many manufacturers remain silent about this issue. Some capacity deterioration is noticeable after one year, whether the battery is in use or not. The battery frequently fails after two or three years. It should be noted that other chemistries also have age-related degenerative effects. This is especially true for nickel-metal-hydride if exposed to high ambient temperatures. At the same time, lithium-ion packs are known to have served for five years in some applications."
