Anniversary 50mm Summicron

I have a 50mm Anniversary Summicron, it looks to have what I think is slight balsam failure, approximately 50% of on of the internal elements exhibits a rainbow type pattern - this does not appear to affect any images I take with it - samples one on this link:

 

My question is, how much should this impact the resale value of the lens, its overall condition is pretty good - I'd like to sell it and put the proceeds toward a 35mm lens, probably a nokton 35/1.4.

Does a third off sound reasonable to cover this defect?

I would send it off for cleaning at one of the recommended independent service organizations. This would eliminate the problem and provide the buyer with some confidence about the lens condition.
