MachineGun Posted August 27, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 27, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi I have a M3 that I just recovered with Griptac from Camera Leather. I wish I had repainted or changed the 4 small screws on the front of the camera before I applied the new cover. Can anyone tell me is it safe to remove those screws one at a time, paint the head ( or replace ) then replace them without damaging anything? As you never said you used any stripper on the metal case to get the old glue off and giving ALL M3's are at least 46 years old.
