bill Posted August 13, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) We've received a heartfelt thank you from Norman Barrett, Chief Executive of the AICR and I have his permission to share with everyone the second paragraph of his note: "As you know AICR currently has 234 projects on the go in 23 different countries and the next round of applications will see 125 hopefuls applying for funding at the end of September. With the help of this campaign we should be able to fund 25-27 new projects so thank you again for all the hard work and commitment to our cause it is very much appreciated and I wish it continuing success in the months ahead."<o></o> <o></o> It's great to know not just that the money we have raised has gone to a good cause, but also that it will make a difference of this magnitude. My thanks again to all the editors, contributors and helpers - we have done a good thing. Regards, Bill
