smkoush Posted August 12, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 12, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi everyone, Perhaps you know about this already, but I came across the following collection, Captured: America in Color from 1939-1943 – Plog Photo Blog and I was wondering what film this might be. I suspect it is Kodachrome, does anybody know? Aside from that, the photographs are amazing, it is not very often that we get to see color from that era. I think this was the only slide film available to civilians during the war years. Agfachrome and the U.S. version made by Ansco (Anscochrome) was not available to civilians.
