MPerson Posted August 8, 2010 Share #1 Posted August 8, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) As I am doing more MF now and only have the Nikonscan V Ed, I am utilising my V750 Pro for scanning the 120 negs. What worries me is how flimsy the MF holders are and I expect them to 'snap' every time I use them. Anyone know how good the Better Scanning version is? Tim B Posted August 10, 2010 Share #2 Posted August 10, 2010 Hi, I too use the v750 Pro for my MF scanning and to my mind the Betterscanning carrier and AN glass is the only way to go. These are substanital and well made, even if they require some calibration and a somewhat fiddly using procedure. But when you use them you will know that you have flat negs and that they are in the true plane of focus for your particular scanner. The website is clear and helpful and I found ordering from the UK straightforward and delivery was successful. I would not use my v750 for MF in any other way. Good luck with the v750.
