andym911 Posted June 21, 2010 Share #1 Posted June 21, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Am packing all my camera gear as we are completing the final leg of moving to our new place in S.Germany. I took quite some time handling, packing and cleaning all my film cameras. It is funny but the one camera that just sits in the hand, like no other is the M6.The balance, weight and form are just perfect. Both the CL and Nikon F3 get more use as I seem to just make better images with them as I can operate them both faster (not sure why by the way) but the M6 is like an old trusted freind. Probably one of the best designed and produced cameras ever made...must use it more Thoughts anyone? andy

NZDavid Posted June 22, 2010 Share #3 Posted June 22, 2010 I know exactly what you mean. If you do a lot of analyzing and theorizing and test-report reading, it makes no logical sense, but when you get that Leica in your hands it just feels special! Marty Posted June 22, 2010 Share #4 Posted June 22, 2010 I really prefer my MP over the M9. It is the only camera I don't mind holding anywhere. On the M9 I am always too aware of the screen and buttons. Leftover I guess from the DSLR days where the only place to hold it really is by the grip; there just isn't room anywhere else.
