Nikon SLR lens to Leica M adapters

Do anyone use this adapter for Leica M for advice? I see on ebay selling a lot of kind adapter for leica M such as Novoflex or HK but I don not know how it's quality ? It prefer to give some photo taken from it .

I bought an adapter at Cameraquest some years back. More useful for the wide angle lenses but to be honest not the wisest purchase I made.

I bought one from Cameraquest too, the one with a rangefinder cam and focus scale. Works fine; some pix in this post and the following one (details of lenses a little later in that thread).
