gwelland Posted May 27, 2010 Share #21 Posted May 27, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have two baseplates - the standard one that I use with Luigi grip case for handheld and a second grip base with arca plate for tripod work. I just swap them over as needed and neither takes up much space in the bag. However, I'll certainly be getting the RRS version with L to replace the leica grip base - it looks more robust and the longer bevelled base looks more stable than a plate addition.
