Advertisement Posted April 11, 2010 Posted April 11, 2010 Hi crittertoo, Take a look here how to use CPL, ND etc etc for M series lens...?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Ed_K Posted April 12, 2010 Share #2 Posted April 12, 2010 Welcome to the forum, crittertoo, 90% of the time you can simply screw the filter straight onto the lens, no different from dSLR system. But because the M9 has no "preview" function, it will not be easy to use PL filter, instead of guess work you can considering buying Leica's Universal Polarizer (Order number: 13356). BTW the 35mm Summicron has a filter sizing of 39mm and not many filter companies made this size, the most common ones are B+W and Heliopan; hope this helps. msk2193 Posted April 12, 2010 Share #5 Posted April 12, 2010 The RF75 holder comes with hash marks that allow you to set up any grad ND with ease. However, Lee is usually out of stock of any lens adapters to fit "our" lenses!
crittertoo Posted September 1, 2010 Author Share #6 Posted September 1, 2010 thanks folks for all your replies. I ended up with the RF75.
