sanyasi Posted April 6, 2010 Share #1 Posted April 6, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) While most forum members will not be able to see it, the Milwaukee Art Museum has a tremendous photo exhibit entitled "Street Scene: The Psychological Gesture in American Photography, 1940-1959." Included in the exhibit are photos by Lisette Model, Louis Faurer, Ted Croner, Robert Frank, William Klein, and Saul Leiter. There also are some drawings and paintings by contemporary artists like Jackson Pollack. The exhibit is large and runs through April 25, 2010. If you are in the area, you should check it out. Also, the catalog is worth purchasing if you can't make it to the show. Milwaukee Art Museum | Street Seen Moderator: I wasn't sure where to post this. I put it in digital because it will appeal to the M9 street photographers, but it obviously will appeal to those still using film.
