MEB Posted April 3, 2010 Share #1 Posted April 3, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I went out this morning to get the newspaper. These two were on my front lawn. I ran for the camera but was afraid that they would run away. Instead they came much closer (I think looking for food). More realistically, I think they were hoping that I was running a dating service for lonely ducks. These two have been chasing hen Mallards all over the neighborhood for days. M9 with 75 cron asph. LR2.6 and NIK. Thanks for looking, Mark Blumer

clinchico Posted April 3, 2010 Share #2 Posted April 3, 2010 Mark Beautiful image. What a lucky shot and right in front of your house that is amazing. Herb
MEB Posted April 4, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted April 4, 2010 Thank you Herb. They are very friendly and cute but I didn't expect them to walk up to my front door. Mark
pauledell Posted April 4, 2010 Share #4 Posted April 4, 2010 Mark, A great shot of the mooching pair. Nice composition, colors, sharpness and good fortune. Did you reward them for posing? Probably a loaf of bread crums would entice them to return. Paul
