cheewai_m6 Posted March 24, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 24, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) do you take photos with printing them in mind? there's all this talk about lens character etc etc... post processing, lightroom, capture one etc.... but do you take photos with the intention to printing them? or are they kept on digitally most/all the time? i guess if you're a pro, you're more likely to print them. but how many pros give your clients digital copies? or do they only get prints from you? do you process them differently if you intend to print them? i personally find that if an image is processed to be 'stylish' on the computer screen, they don't look quite a good when printed. but when printing a photo, it seems to be better to process them in a more traditional way. for example if i was to print a photo, i wouldn't purposely use so much vignetting.
