likalar Posted March 7, 2010 Share #1 Posted March 7, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) This old girl still floats, but has been languishing for decades, heavily patched. I've been told it precedes WWll. 654' x 128' M9, 28mm Elmarit M, patches photo 90mm Elmarit M. Once again I forgot to manually code the lenses. I pumped the contrast and brightened of course, but little else. Comments always welcome. Larry

likalar Posted March 8, 2010 Author Share #5 Posted March 8, 2010 Thanks to all for taking the time to comment; glad you liked them. Our city has been "renewed" to death, so it's becoming more difficult to find old structures still wearing a weathered skin. Larry
drdannn Posted March 9, 2010 Share #6 Posted March 9, 2010 Love the first photo. There's so much curiosity in me... wondering about it's history. Nice capture of existing light and color rendition. Dan
samwells Posted March 11, 2010 Share #7 Posted March 11, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Larry: Beautifully rich and textural shots...the second one has an amazingly painterly quality, with those rectangular patches looking like a Paul Klee semi-abstract of a cityscape. cheers: Sam
