Yes, better to get top notch lenses and go for budget as far as bodies are concerned. But I figured that R8 are not expensive while older bodies (R3 in particular) are rather costly. It all boils down to have a proper shutter speed and that's what a body is all about. Now that I already hv. one R3 (but I need two bodies I might add) I've put R8 into consideration.
