imported_marc Posted January 22, 2010 Share #1 Posted January 22, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Late afternoon I tried to make pictures of the Moorhen. The Moorhen were foraging next to the road at places where cars were parked, so I drove my car forwards en backwards around the parked cars to follow the birds. It was about 15.30 hours and with the aperture 3.4 just a low shutter speed of 1/30th second. The Moorhen were moving all the time. I added some flash for the blink in the eyes. The beanbag provide a solid platform on the car door for the lens 2.8 280, extender 1.4, and Leica R 8 DMR, with mounted Metz 40 MZ1.

pauledell Posted January 23, 2010 Share #2 Posted January 23, 2010 Well captured with great results for the effort you made to get these shots. Great composition, muted colors and moment. Paul
