Idea for Profile Setting

My lenses are:

35 cron asph (non-6bit), 75 lux (6-bit), and 50 Noct ver.2 (non 6-bit)

 

Most of the time I used my Noct with my M9...

 

Here are my profile setting,

Profile Name: Day Time

Compression DNG

Auto ISO

Lens Detection Manual (50 Noct)

Self Timer 2s

Auto ISO setup 1/125s 640

Braketing Setup 3/1EV

Exp Comp setup Set.Ring & Rel. But

Monitor Brightness Med Low

Auto Power Off 5 min

 

Profile Name: Night Time

Compression DNG

Auto ISO

Lens Detection Manual (50 Noct)

Advance Discreet

Self Timer 2s

Auto ISO setup Lens Dependent 2500

Braketing Setup 3/1EV

Exp Comp setup Set.Ring & Rel. But

Monitor Brightness Low

Auto Power Off 5 min

Profile Name: BW

Compression JPG Fine

Auto ISO

Lens Detection Manual (50 Noct)

Color Saturation Black and White

Maurizio,

The reason I put it to manual instead to Auto, is I don't have to scroll down too long everytime I change the lenses in "lens detection mode - Manual menu".

 

For some of us who have mix lenses between the coded and non coded, the save profile should go to the lens that we used most often rather than to set to Auto.

 

for those who have all of the lenses code, so you should put lens detection to Auto.
