Advertisement Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Hi steve kessel, Take a look here Retriever. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pauledell Posted January 11, 2010 Share #2 Posted January 11, 2010 Steve, Being a dog lover with one that looks just like this, I'd have to say "great picture". As you can tell tell, I'm not at all prejudice. As for the picture, I like the composition but find it a bit soft and flat. Perhaps increasing the contrast and sharpening might help. steve kessel Posted January 14, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted January 14, 2010 Paul Thanks for your comments. I had a similar dog once (collie/retriever). Funny how one remembers things like their movement. I've had a go like you suggest, not sure about it though. Best wishes Steve
pauledell Posted January 14, 2010 Share #4 Posted January 14, 2010 Steve, I think it is much better. Lighter snow, better contrast really improved it. The slight movement of the dog doesn't distract the picture in my opinion. Paul
