Joachim123 Posted January 6, 2010 Share #1 Posted January 6, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Can this lens be used on the M6? I would like to know if the meter will work throught this lens. Where could I buy a lens hood for it?
Advertisement Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Hi Joachim123, Take a look here Leica Elmarit M 28mm f/2.8 Lens 2nd Version. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
adan Posted January 6, 2010 Share #2 Posted January 6, 2010 2nd version? Yes, the M6 meter will work. It was actually designed to allow metering with the M5, leaving enough room behind the lens for the M5's swinging meter arm to move. First retrofocus wideangle ever designed for the M system. Takes the same shade (and filters - 48mm) as the 21 f/3.4 Super-Angulon. 12501 shade (?)
engelfangen Posted January 14, 2010 Share #3 Posted January 14, 2010 It works without problems, mine brings up the 35mm framelines. It's a very nice lens, I like it much best regards Marc
