giordano Posted January 2, 2010 Share #4 Posted January 2, 2010 It's hard to tell in the small image, but it looks as if the focus is on the fence and sign rather than the dog. The gateposts are a distraction, especially since they appear to rise out of the dog and not the ground. There's some very nice tonality in the dog's face and shoulder, but overall might it be better to print the whole thing a bit lighter even though it would mean letting more of the snow burn out?
